Every due in one list
Manage Dues brings pending fees together with the total amount due. Search for a student, sort by recent, oldest or highest amount, and mark a due as paid.
Receipts and monthly totals
Generate and share a fee receipt for a recorded payment. The home screen shows this month’s income and profit, and Analysis adds the full year.
Start in three steps.
- Add your classes and students.
- Record each payment with Collect Fees, or Mark Fee on the student’s profile.
- Check Manage Dues for what is pending, and share a receipt once a fee is paid.
